摘要
以市场化、网络化和知识经济为特征的全球化 ,正以强劲的势头推进着世界范围内的现代化历史进程。用全球化视野来观照中国教育的现代化 ,理当对以应试为特点、以复制为功能的计划经济下的传统教育进行深刻的扬弃 ,实现教育价值观从适应论向超越论的历史性转换。具体来说 ,就是要充分认识到 ,以创新为价值先导、以立人为目标追求的中国教育现代化之要义 ,其中包括教育理念、人才结构、课程设置和教育体制诸方面的现代化 ;作为教育实践主体的教师角色之现代化 ,即确立以“平等者中的首席”为内核的新教师观 ,探究教师素质在全球化背景下的发展性建构 ,从而高效落实全球化视野中的教育现代化。
The historic march towards the modernization throughout the world has been in rapid progress with the advance of globalization characterized by market, network, and knowledge economy. From the globalization view point, there should be a profound reform in the traditional Chinese education from the previous planned economy system—to develop what is useful or healthy and discard what is not, especially to eliminate the features of test oriented education and the function of duplication, so that we can realize the education value and historic transition from the conception of adaptation to that of exceeding. The essay elaborates the gist of the Chinese education modernization aimed at the value of creation and cultivation of talented persons, which also includes the improvement of education concept, education system, the structure of talented men and the planning of curriculum, etc. Then the author discusses the modernization of the role of the teacher who is the main body of education practice, that is, to establish the new concept of teacher as ' the first among equals', to explore the developing structure of the teachers quality in the perspective of globalization. Only in this way can we realize the education modernization in the globalization field of vision.
