摘要
分化与整合是社会发展的永恒的主题,从理论上讲整个社会就是在不断的分化与整合过程中实现着不断的完善与发展。分化与整合是一对共生共伴的矛盾统一体,偏废任何一方都会给社会发展带来惨重的后果。就我国改革开放的实际进程来看,成功地完成了改革的启动任务后,政治和社会发展所面临的问题发生的变化,预示着一个以整合为特征的政治发展阶段的来临,而这个整合过程是以制度化为核心的发展过程。制度化的政治整合过程应以合理性为根基,以多元化、弹性化为特征,以国家为主要推动力量,以加强道德建设为保障。制度化政治整合是我国顺利度过改革发展攻坚阶段的重要条件。
The relation of differentiation and conformity is the lasting theme of social development. From theoretical point of view, the society realizes its development and perfection through the process of continuous differentiation and conformity. Actually differentiation and conformity compose a coexisted contradictory unity, and without any part will cause serious problems in social development. In respect of the proceedings of China's reform and opening up, to successfully accomplish the starting job of reform, the problems facing social and political development have changed which is the prediction of the period of political development with the character of political conformity, the core process is institutionalization. The basis of Institutionalized political conformity is rationality, flexibility is its feature, the promotion force is the state, the insurance is the moral enhancement.
