非公有制经济具有很强的活力 ,是社会生产力发展的重要推动力量。大力发展非公有制经济是结构调整的重要内容 ,也是富民强国的重要举措。应进一步解放思想 ,优化投资和发展环境 ,推进企业产权制度改革 ,建立健全服务体系 ,加快非公有制经济的发展。
The vigorous Non-state-owned economy is a major power for the progress of social productive force. Its energetic development is both an important part of structure readjustment and a vital measure for enriching our state and benefiting the people. Therefore, we should push it forward through the following ways: further emancipating our minds, optimizing the environment for investment and development, promoting the property right reform in enterprises, and establishing a sound service system.
