摘要
以无水乙醇回流、氯仿萃取的方法分离出椭圆叶花锚中的齐墩果酸,并采用旋光法对其含量进行了测定,测得椭圆叶花锚中齐墩果酸的平均含量为0 517%。
In this paper,the oleanolic acid in Halenia ellipitica DDon was isolated by reflux with ethanol and extraction with cholorform,the content of oleanolic acid was determined by means of polarimetryThe average content in it was about 0517%
