摘要
讨论了高压电力电容器合投切时的涌流和过电压问题,提出利用开关变压器技术来消除涌流和过电压的方法,指出该方法对高压无功补偿和开合无载长输电线具有重要作用。
The surge and overvoltage problems, which occur while the high-voltage power capacitor is engaged, are discussed. It is suggested to use the switch transformer technique to eliminate the surge and overvoltage. It is pointed out that this method is of great significance to high-voltage powerless compensation and on-and-off idle long transmission lines.
