Based on the reform practice of the financial departments at the SISG Co., this discussion describes how the Company's financial management mode has been adjusted to keep up with the development of the Company, and with the market competition, thus indicating the necessity of constituting a centralized financial management system for the enterprise. The article in addition shows how such a financial center is set up.
