摘要
设计并合成了一种新型的后过渡金属络合物 -α ,α′-二亚胺合镍氯化物 ,在烷基铝化合物对甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)分子中的极性基团保护的条件下 ,考察了由后过渡金属镍络合物与甲基铝氧烷 (MAO )组成的催化体系催化乙烯与MMA共聚合反应 .结果表明 ,采用三异丁基铝做保护剂 ,对极性基团的保护作用强 ;催化剂的活性随保护剂量的增加而增大 ,但随极性基团浓度的增加而降低 ,适宜条件下 ,该络合物催化乙烯与极性单体共聚合活性可达 8.7× 1 0 5 g·mol- 1·h-
A novel late transition-metal complex of α,α′-diimine n ickel-dichloride has been synthesized and used in the copolymerization of ethyl ene and MMA with MAO as cocatalyst under the condition that the polar group in M MA was protected by alkylaluminium compound. The results show that the triisobut ylaluminium is better than others when used as protective agent of polar group. The catalyst activity increases with the increasing of protective agent and decr eases with the concentration of polar group. The catalyst activity is up to 8.7 ×10 5 g/(mol·h) under suitable condition.
