摘要
将直流脉冲与变频扫频技术相结合开发研制出扫频直流脉冲装置 ,利用其产生的脉冲电磁场对生活污水进行了电磁杀菌试验研究 ,探讨了影响杀菌效果的相关因素 .试验结果表明 ,在扫频范围 4 0 0Hz~ 6 0kHz、输出功率2 0W、电流 1~ 2A条件下 ,脉冲电磁场对生活污水具有一定的灭菌作用 ,其杀菌性能随作用时间、pH值、温度、原水菌数的升高而升高 .当温度为 2 5℃ ,pH为 7 4 7时 ,原水经电磁处理 4h后 ,细菌总数从 7 2× 1 0 6个·mL- 1下降到 2 2× 1 0 4 个·mL- 1,去除率为 99 7% ;大肠杆菌数从 9 2× 1 0 5个·mL- 1下降到 3 5× 1 0 4 个·mL- 1,去除率为96 2 % .
In this paper, an applicable swept pulsed equipment was developed to treat the domestic wastewater and the effect of swept pulsed electromagnetic field on disinfection was studied. It was found that the effect was obvious and the disinfection performance of electromagnetic field was increased with the increasing of the pH, the temperature ,the treatment time and the bactericidal concentration. The experimental results showed that the amounts of total bacterium and coliform per milliliter were decreased from 7.2×10 6 to 2.2×10 4 and from 9.2×10 5 to 3.5×10 4 respectively after the treatment period of 4h when the temperature was 25℃ and pH 9.0. Corresponding, the removal efficiency of total bacterium were 99.7% and 96.2%.
