摘要
目的 评估传染性非典型肺炎流行期间发热病人的心理健康状况。方法 对 877例发热诊室留观的患者 ,按发热程度、热程长短、病情严重程度分组进行比较 ,进行SCL - 90 (症状自评量表 )测查 ,评估心理健康状况。结果 (1)发热患者各项症状因子均明显升高 ,且体温愈高 ,升高愈明显 (P <0 .0 1)。 (2 )体温 >38℃患者中 ,热程≥ 3天者各项症状因子分值明显高于 <3天者 (P <0 .0 1) ;肺炎患者各项症状因子分值高于非肺炎患者 ,尤其是抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖症状因子分值明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 传染性非典型肺炎流行期间发热病人心理健康状况差 ,抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖是常见的负性情绪 。
Objectives To evaluate the symptoms of mental health of fever patients in the period of SARS.Methods 877 patients in the fever clinic were compared according to adequacy of fever, length of disease, assessed with SCL-90, evaluated the symptoms of mental health.Results (1)All the symptom factors were obviously raised, the more clearer the more higher the body temperature was(P<0.01).(2)Among of the patients with BT>38℃ fever periods ? 3 days, the score of all the symptom factors was clearly above the patients with fever periods < 3 days (P<0.01).(3)The score of all the symptom factors of pneumonia group was higher than that of non-pneumonia group, specially, the score of depression,anxiety, hostile, terror factors was distinctly raised (P< 0.01).Conclusions The symptoms of mental health of fever patients in the period of SARS were bad, the depression, anxiety, hostil1ity and terror were common negative mood, the medical staffs should take the matter seriously.
