摘要
底层框架多层砌体房屋为上刚下柔的结构体系,历次地震中这类房屋都有遭受严重破坏和倒塌的实例。本文对结构的强度、刚度、延性进行分析,并提出了增强其抗震性能的概念设计要点。
Multistory brick building with bottom story frame is a kind of structure with rigid upper stories and flexible bottom.Some of these buildings were destroyed seriously by every earthquake.Based on strength,rigidity and ductility analyses of the structure,this paper proposes the methods which can improve the seismic resistant capacity of the buildings.
