摘要
由旋耕机组的3种工作状态的功率流分别导出了机组效率表达式。计算机模拟和田间试验结果表明,随旋耕机水平载荷的增加,机组效率先提高而后又略有下降,最高效率出现在滑移状态。文中以一种载荷驱动特性反映机组性能参数间的联系并检验匹配效果。提出了确定机组最佳设计工作点的原则以及旋耕机载荷和拖拉机质量的匹配原则,给出了模拟实例。
The expresses of unit efficiency are derived according to the power flow under three working states of rotary tiller unit. The results of computer simulation and the field tests show that the rise of unit efficiency is followed by slight fall with the rise of the horizontal force in the rotor and there is the maximal efficiency in the sliding state of driving wheels. The resistance characteristic is developed to show the relation of the performance parameters of unit and to examine the match effect. The principles to determine optimal design working point and to match tractor's mass with rotary tiller's load are presented and the simulation example is given.
