摘要
介绍了柴油机用双燃料法燃用甲醇的燃料控制系统的研究结果。试验结果表明:这种新的燃料控制系统具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,并可使发动机获得满意的性能。在标定负荷时,发动机燃用甲醇量最大可达甲醇、柴油消耗量的80%以上(按重量计),有效热效率最高值为38.3%,比燃用纯柴油时提高了6.1%。
This paper describes an investigation of a dual fuel control system for burning methanol in a direct injection diesel engine by dual fuelling method. As a result, a new fuel control system has been developed. It is simple in construction and reliable in operation and can give satisfactory engine performance. Under rated load conditions, the quantity of methanol can be burned up to 80% of the total weight of methanol and diesel fuel consumed with a brake thermal efficiency of 38.3% which is 6.1% higher than that when only diesel fuel is used.
