摘要
依据秦沈客运专线的设计、施工经验,结合京沪高速铁路建设的需要,对京沪高速铁路预应力混凝土简支箱梁的部分设计参数进行优化,包括箱梁结构的支点位置、腹板厚度和腹板坡度等;依据专业设计院提供的原始资料,基于有限元分析,获得了不同参数下的结构静力性能;综合结构力学效应、施工和维护等提出了相应的设计参数优化建议、推荐方案、支座不平整限位值和梁端配筋与抗裂措施.
According to the experience from the design and construction in Qinshen special line for passenger train and the construction need of Jinghu highspeed railway, it is suggested that the structural parameters of the prestressed concrete simplysupported box girders in Jinghu highspeed railway be optimized. These parameters include position of supports, thickness and gradient of web plate. On the basis of the basic data presented by Specialized Design Institute and theoretical analysis of the finite element, the static mechanical characters under different parameters are obtained. Considering the structures mechanical qualities, construction and maintenance, this paper presents the suggestion on the optimum design parameters, recommended scheme, and the allowed degrees on the uneven brace effect, the reinforcement in the end of the beams and the measure in crack resistance.
