正常肥胖、单纯高脂血症及2型糖尿病病人血浆中胰岛素抵抗素水平的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :研究胰岛素抵抗素在正常肥胖人、单纯高脂血症及II型糖尿病病人血浆中的平均水平 ,探讨肥胖与高脂血症 ,2型糖尿病之间的联系。方法 :采用竞争性ELISA方法。结果 :各组与正常平均值之间的差异显著(P <0 .0 0 1) ,正常肥胖组分别与单纯高脂血症组、2型糖尿病组之间的差异显著 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,单纯高脂血症组与2型糖尿病组之间的差异没有统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :胰岛素抵抗素在正常肥胖组、单纯高脂血症组、2型糖尿病组的水平有递增的趋势 ,说明胰岛素抵抗素所致的胰岛素抵抗可能是将肥胖与高脂血症及 Objective: Our aims were to compare levels of resistin in people with obesity, pure hypercholesterolemia, or type 2 diabetes, and to discuss the relationship among obesity, purely hypercholesterolemia, and type 2 diabetes. Methods: A competitive ELISA was used to test resistin in plasma. Results: A statistical difference existed in resistin levels betweea people with obesity and pure hypercholesterolemia or type 2 diabetes (P<0.01), The difference was significant between people with obesity and those with pure hypercholesterolemia and type 2 diabetes (P<0.01). but not between people with pure hypercholesterolemia and those with type 2 diabetes (P>0.05). Conclusion: There is a increasing trend in the resistin levels in people with obesity, pure hypercholesterolemias and type 2 diabetes. Insulin resistance caused by high level of resistin links obesity to hypercholesterolemia and type 2 diabetes.
