子宫颈鳞癌中MMP-2,MMP-9的表达及意义

摘要 目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP 2 ,MMP 9)与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展及侵袭的关系。方法 :32例宫颈鳞状细胞癌为实验组 ,慢性宫颈炎及正常宫颈组织各 30例为对照组。明胶酶谱法测定活性型MMP 2及MMP 9蛋白的含量 ,RT PCR技术检测MMP 2及MMP 9mRNA表达水平。结果 :宫颈鳞癌组织中MMP 2及MMP 9酶活性和MMP 2及MMP 9mRNA表达量均显著高于慢性宫颈炎及正常宫颈组织 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :MMP 2及MMP 9与宫颈鳞癌的发生。 Objective: Our aim was to investigate the relationship between expressions of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-2, MMP-9) and tumorigenesis, development, and invasion of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The active proteins and mRNA of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were analyzed by using gelatin zymography and RT-PCR ,respectively, in 32 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 30 of chronic cervical inflammation, and 30 normal cervices. Results: The activities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in carcinoma tissues were statistically higher than those in chronic cervical inflammation and normal cervices (P<0.01, P<0.01). mRNA of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were significantly higher in carcinoma than those in chronic cervical inflammation and normal cervices (P<0.01, P<0.01). Conclusion: MMP-2 and MMP-9 are related well with the occurrence, development,and invasion of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
