摘要
随着旅游区管理体系的不断完善,旅游区ISO9000质量体系和ISO14000环境管理体系一体化问题已经引起了人们的重视。结合旅游区的特点,分析ISO9000与ISO14000之间的共同点与差异,从体系的策划、实施和审核3个方面对旅游区一体化问题进行探讨。
With the improvement of management system in touring area,many people have paid attention to the problem on Integrating ISO9000 Quality & ISO14000 Environmental Management System in touring area.In this paper,we will analyze common ground and differences between ISO9000 and ISO14000 combining the characters of touring area,and discuss integrating problem in touring area from three aspects:the plan, implement and audit.
