摘要
中心—卫星型产业集群是比较常见的一类集群,其特征是大量中小零部件生产企业围绕一个或几个大型总装企业构成中心依附型的当地化生产系统。从当前浙江省这类集群的发展态势来看,都不同程度地存在着整体技术能力增长乏力的问题,而问题的症结在于集群内部未能形成一种有利于技术学习的机制,使得中心与卫星、卫星与卫星之间的学习链条脱节。提出了供应商协会与动态网络相叠加的网络化学习策略,以此激活集群内部的技术学习,促使集群整体技术能力持续增长。
The center-satellite cluster characterizes that one or several assembly corporations are surrounded by lots of enterprises which manufactur components.The survey of such clusters in Zhejiang province shows that the technology capability of these clusters grows slowly,which is attributed to the lack of valid learning mechanism in these clusters.Thus,this paper brings forward the network-learning strategy which includes supplier associations and dynamic networks,so that the technology learning in clusters can be activated,and the technology capability of clusters can grow continuously.
