偏心行星轮系插秧机构的优化设计 被引量:11

PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION OF TRANSPLANTING MECHANISM WITH PLANETARY ECCENTRIC GEARS

摘要 为提高插秧机作业效率,对一种新型偏心行星轮系插秧机构进行了开发研究。用数学解析的方法建立机构运动数学模型,分析运动参数变化对插秧质量的影响,并在计算机上对机构参数进行优化,选出最佳参数。实验结果表明,按优化参数设计的偏心行星轮系插秧机构插秧质量与曲柄摇杆机构基本相同,而插秧速度有较大的提高。 In view of the needs for efficient rice transplanters, it's necessary to develop anew transplanting mechanism with planetary eccentric gears. By mathematical analysing, a mathematical model of the mechanism was developed, the effects of the parameters on transplanting performance were analysed,and optimization of parameters of the mechanism was engaged on a computer to select optimum parameters. A transplanting mechanism with the optimum parameters was designed and tested. Results of the tests showed that transplanting performance of the mechanism with planetary eccentric gears was almost the same as the mechanism with crank rockers while transplanting speed of it was obviously raised.
