摘要
大断面工件的选材及其热处理工艺参数的制定需要进行一系列复杂、昂贵的试验 ,数值模拟技术可以简化和缩短这一过程。在已有研究的基础上 ,运用数理分析方法对不同尺寸、不同材料的模具钢模块在热处理后的组织性能进行了模拟计算。结果表明 ,计算结果与实际一致 ,可以用于大断面工件热处理工艺的制定和决策。
A series of complicated,expensive experiments have to be carried out for selection of a suitable material and for designation of heat treatment process parameters of heavy section work piece.However,the numerical simulation can simplify and shorten this process.The simulation calculations of the microstructures and properties for die blocks with different materials and sizes after the heat treatment were carried out by statistical mathematics on the basis of experimental study by other researchers.The results show that the calculation values are agreed with the test values,and it may be used in designations of heat treatment process for heavy section work pieces.
