摘要
超宽视场光学系统的畸变直接影响着成像的几何位置精度,且误差随视场的加大而陡升。对精密测量及复制等工作造成很大影响。提出了一种基于面阵CCD和PC机的畸变测量方法,以面阵CCD光敏元的几何位置作为目标板,通过相关图像处理进行尺寸测量,避免了人为因素的影响,并且可以多人同时观测,结果可以以图片形式保存以备以后查验,且为畸变的校正提供了原始数据。采用数据拟合的畸变校正方法,可以获得较高的精度。
The distortion of the super wide-view field optical system has a bad effect on the precision of the imaging geometrical position, and it will be incr eased largely as the view field increasing, which greatly influences the precise ly measurement and copy. A distortion measurement method based on the CCD and PC is proposed. Using the pixel units of CCD as the target board and using image c orrelation processing to determine the dimension, the influence of man-induced f actor is avoided. This measurement method can be applied to many people observat ion simultaneously and its result image can be saved, for future inspection exam ination and as the original data for distortion correct. Data fitting is used to improve the distortion correct precision.
