摘要
利用水力学模拟的方法,研究安钢现用浸入式水口结构对结晶器流场的影响,通过液面波动、流股的冲击深度及卷渣实验,找出产生质量缺陷的原因,为进一步优化水口提出初步意见。
In this paper, the effect of submerged nozzle structure on mould flowing field is studied on the basis of water model at AISC. The causes of slab defects have been found nut with the models on mould level fluctuating, the impact depth of the stream and entrapped slag. Also the measures to improve the nozle have been put forward .
