摘要
本文研究了氟污染对桑叶光合合成的影响,并探讨了其作用机理。实验结果表明:pH6.O条件下,NaF对桑叶离体叶绿体希尔反应的抑制远大于pH6.5时的抑制程度;低浓度NaF明显地抑制光合磷酸化活性,并能促进桑叶叶圆片的蔗糖合成和抑制淀粉合成;但高浓度NaF则抑制蔗糖合成而促进淀粉的形成。
The effects of fluoride on photosynthesis of white mulberry were stud-ied and the reasons were discussed. The results shows, the rate of hill re-action of chloroplasts was inhibited more serious at pH6.0 than that of pH6.5. Treated by lower concentrations of NaF the rate of photopho-sphorylationwas decreased notely, the synthesis of starch was inhibited, while that ofsucrose was activated. Contrastly, treated by higher concentrations of NaF,the synthesis of sucrose was inhibited while that of starch was activated.
