摘要
由于冶金短流程的发展受到优质废钢供应短缺和价格增长等因素的影响,促使生产者必须使用大量劣质废钢作金属炉料。在废钢中配入一定量的冷生铁、直接还原铁、热装铁水、脱碳粒铁、碳化铁、复合金属料已经成为现代电弧炉冶炼的主流趋势。本文论述了各自金属炉料的特点,以及对冶炼工艺的影响。
With the development of short technologsical process,a lot of poor scraps were used as metal charge for shortage of high quality scraps and their price increasing.It has become the dominant trend for modern EAF production to in adding some cold pig iron,DRI,hat charged liquid iron,decarbonized granular iron,iron carbide,and composite metal material as smelting charge.The paper expounds characters of individual materials and their effects on process.
