土壤镉的活性与黑麦草的镉锌累积 被引量:3

Accumulation of Cd and Zn in Ryegrass (Lolium Maltifilorum) in Relation to the Soil Cd Availability.

摘要 本文研究了盆栽四种镉负荷水平(0,0.5,2,8mg/kg)下土壤镉的活性与黑麦草镉、锌吸收的关系。结果表明:黑麦草吸镉量随镉负荷水平提高而升高,生长于红壤、黄棕壤上黑麦草其锌含量随镉含量的增加而减少,而黄潮土上的黑麦草则吸镉愈多,吸锌亦愈多,黑麦草的镉/锌比与土壤镉的负荷水平及黑麦草镉含量呈显著正相关;可用1N NH_4 N0_3、0.005M DTPA和0.1N HCl提取的镉反映土壤镐的有效性。 A greenhouse experiment with four Cd load levels was conducted to study relationships between the accumulation of Cd and Zn in ryegrass and the soil Cd availability. Results showed that amount of Cd acumulated by ryegrass increased with the increase of load level。As Cd in ryegras increased, the amount of Zn in ryegrass was decreased for red and yellowbrown soils, but increased for yellow-chao soil. The Cd/Zn ratio in ryegrass was positively related with soll Cd load level as well as Cd concentration of ryegrass. The Cd extracted by NH_4NO_3, DTPA and HCl could be used to indicate the availability of soil Cd.
