摘要
正交频分复用(OFDM)是最近新发展起来的一种高效调制技术,正广泛地应用于无线超视距通信领域。本文简要叙述了OFDM技术的思想起源、工作原理和数学模型,分析了保护时隙CP的作用,对OFDM这一编码技术所具有的抗码间串扰(ISI)特性进行了探讨,最后对OFDM技术的主要优点和研究热点进行了简单的归纳。
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) is a newly developed high efficient modulation technology. It Is being widely used for NonLineOfSight(NLOS) wireless communications. This paper starts with a brief description on the origin, the main principles, and the mathematicalmodel of the OFDM technology. The characteristic of antiintersymbolinterference(ISI) in OFDM is investigated by means of introducing the concept of guard period as cyclic prefix(CP). Finally, the advantages of OFDM technology are concluded and some hot topics in its related research are summarized.
