摘要
结合矿井通风系统实际,依据可靠性工程中冷储备可修系统相关理论,探讨了矿井主扇系统可靠性分析方法;推导出了主扇系统的可靠度及首次故障前平均寿命的计算公式;结合现场实际,进行了实例验证;根据主扇系统可靠性各项主要指标数据,分析了影响主扇系统可靠性因素。为现场通风技术管理人员进一步掌握矿井主扇的可靠运行提供重要依据。
Combined with the practice of mine ventilation system, according to the cold standby and repairable system correlation theory in the reliability engineering, has discussed mine main fan system reliability analysis method, and deduced the calculation formula of main fan system's reliable degree and the MTTFF. At the same time, the author combining reality at field carried on living example verifying. Based on all major quota data of the main fan system reliability, the author analyzed the influence factors on it. Hence provided a referenced foundation for the ventilation technology managers who are at field and want to grasp mine main fan' reliable operating conditions further.
