摘要
以大型电站2000t/h亚临界强制循环平衡通风煤粉炉为研究对象,首先建立内壁结垢的过热器管子传热模型,从理论上分析了各主要因素对管壁超温的影响。然后,在详细研究2000t/h燃煤锅炉本体、辅助系统结构和运行相互关联的基础上,剖析了以往过热器管壁超温的历史资料,以树状结构建立了较为完整的过热器管壁超温与导致该故障诸因素之间的多层逻辑关系,并进行了结构重要度的定性分析,不仅丰富了故障诊断的知识库,更为电厂的故障诊断与处理提供了智能化的手段。
Researching on 2000t/h subcritical forcedcirculation boiler of which ventilation is balance, this article builds up the heat transfer model of superheater's pipe wall has scale and analyses the influence of primary factors to overtemperature of pipe wall firstly. Then it applys tree structure to found the multilayer logic between overtemperature of superheater's pipe wall and the faults, based on the research on the 2000t/h coal fired boiler proper and the structure and operation of the auxiliary system. Also this article analyzes the history record of overtemperature of superheater's pipe wall and makes qualitative analysis of structure importance. So the method not only enriches the repository of the fault diagnose, but also provides intelligentize means for the fault diagnose and disposal.
