摘要
借鉴磁盘管理及Flash闪存的特性,提出一种新的闪存管理方案。该方案通过合理的调节各个扇区的使用频率,使各个扇区的磨损程度保持尽可能的一致,从而延长存储器的使用寿命。
Using disk management for reference,combing the characteristic of Flash memorizer,this paper presented a new Flash manage scheme.This scheme is so reasonable adjusting each sector used ratio to make its wear and tear degree identical that it can prolong memorizer's life.
