摘要 对有关姜黄素代谢研究的国内外文献进行了归纳和分析。姜黄素的血药浓度低 ,生物利用度不高 ;姜黄素在体内的生物转化包括还原 ,与葡萄糖醛酸结合。姜黄素的吸收机制。 The serum concentration of curcumin is low. The poor bioavailability of curcumin is due to its rapid metabolism. The biotransformation of curcumin through reduction and glucuronidation in vivo was suggested. Further study to elucidate the absorption mechanism of curcumin and the relationship between metabolites and bioactivity are needed.
