摘要
简要介绍K9玻璃为基板的用金属 介质膜系实现近紫外区宽角度消偏振平板分光镜的设计 ,设计波长为 36 0~ 4 80nm ,空气中的入射角变化范围为 4 5°± 6° ,膜系的反射率R和透过率T的之比的平均值为 6 3.6 % ,总损耗约为 10 % ,S偏振分量和P偏振分量的平均偏离约为 1%
The design of a near ultraviolet band and wide-angle metal-dielectric non-polarization Beam-splitting plate deposited on substrate of K9 glass is briefly presented. The spectral wavelength region of the design is from 360 to 480 nm, and the incident angle of 45°±6° in air. The average proportion of reflectance and transmittance is about 63.6%. The total loses are about 10%. The average deviation of WTBXP-polarization and WTBXS-polarization is about 1%.
