摘要
分析了经典可靠性理论的不足 ,阐述了模糊可靠性理论的优点。针对机械零件疲劳失效的特点 ,建立了机械零件工作状态完好的隶属函数。对服从对数正态分布和威布尔分布的疲劳寿命的模糊可靠度计算进行了研究 ,推导了不同的隶属函数与分布密度函数组合时模糊可靠度的计算公式。给出了算例。
The disadvantages of the theory of conventional reliability and the advantages of the theory of fuzzy reliability are discussed.The membership function of the working state of component is analyzed. The components fatigue life subordinated to logarithmic-normal distribution and Weibull distribution are studied, combined with different membership function, a series of calculation formulas of fuzzy reliability are conducted. An example is given to illustrate the method.
