摘要
以两段高阶椭圆组成的连续光滑封闭的曲线作为主动齿轮的节曲线 ,依据齿轮啮合理论建立了其配偶从动齿轮节曲线设计及该齿轮机构传动比函数的数学模型。依据微分几何原理推导出主从动节曲线全外凸的判定条件。定量分析了该齿轮机构传动比函数的特点及变化规律。运用MATLAB语言开发了求解该节曲线设计数学模型的数值计算与图形仿真应用程序。通过算例予以验证。
The curve of higher order pitch-line design for driven gear and velocity ratio function is modeled mathematically.The concavo-convex conditions about pitch-line of driving gear and driven gear are deduced from the law of differential geometry, and then property and variable regularity of its velocity ratio function are analyzed quantitatively.The application programs based on MATLAB language are designed. Finally, three examples are given.
