摘要
以I DEAS MS8三维工程软件为平台 ,对TH63 5 0卧式加工中心换刀机械手进行三维实体装配。以装配模型为基础 ,对换刀机械手进行机构建模和换刀运动仿真。通过机械手换刀运动干涉检验和分析 ,得到机械手换刀运动并发时序图 。
The 3D assembly was made to the ATC (automatic tool changer)for the TH6350 machining center by based on I DEAS;The 3D mechanism modeling and mechanical kinematics simulation for the tool changing motion of the ATC was made;The figures of the sequence in time to the ATC was obtained by kinematics interference checking to the tool changing motion of the ATC,and a measure to shorten the tools exchanging time was put forward
