摘要
贵冶炼铜转炉寿命最高炉龄为242炉,平均炉龄维持在220炉左右。通过对炼铜转炉风口砖进行改进试验,如提高风口砖Cr2O3含量、密度、强度,降低杂质等,平均炉龄达到238炉,同时对使用后的残砖进行了理化分析。
In Guixi Smelter, the highest furnace life of copper converter is 242 heats and the average life is remained about 220 heats. After the improvement test was carried out for tuyere brick in copper converter, such as: increasing the content of Cr 2O 3, density, strength and decreasing the impurities on the tuyere brick, the average life was up to 238 heats. Meanwhile, the physical and chemical property of the residue brick was analyzed.
