摘要
通过在丙烯酸树脂中添加不同含量的纳米SiO2 ,采用共混法制备了纳米SiO2 /丙烯酸UV屏蔽透明涂料。研究了纳米SiO2 不同添加量时涂料的UV屏蔽性、透明性、粘度及硬度 ,并对纳米SiO2 添加量为 3%的涂料样品进行了TEM分析和基本性能测定。
A nano scale SiO 2/acrylate UV shield transparent coatings has been developed by blending various amount nano scale SiO 2 in acrylic resins. The influences of amount nano scale SiO 2 in the system on the UV shielding effect, transparency, viscosity and hardness of the film were discussed. A sample with 3% of nano scale SiO 2 was characterized by use of TEM.
