摘要
采用理论分析、有限元分析与仿真方法相结合的方法,设计并分析了一套新型的压电陶瓷驱动的六自由度并联微动机器人机构,充分发挥压电陶瓷和并联机构的优点,实现了并联机器人机构、驱动、检测一体化设计。经过实际检测证明,所采取的方案是合理可行的。
A novel type of 6DOF piezoelectric element driven parallel microrobotics mechanism is designed and analyzed by means of integration of theory analyse,FEM analyse and simulate,which fully utilized the advantage of piezoelectric elelement and parallel mechanism and realized mechanism,driving and detection integration.This method is proved reasonable by practice detection.
