摘要
本文针对磨削过程中的过高的磨削温度问题 ,研制开发了一种新型的低温供液装置 ,解决了工程中的实际问题。本文还采用有限元方法对采用低温供液装置的进行冷却润滑的磨削温度场进行了分析 ,通过仿真分析及实验验证了这种低温供液装置可以大大降低磨削区的温度 ,有效减少磨削烧伤 ,效果良好。
This paper developed a new type of cryogenic equipment to prevent the high temperature during the grinding process which solve the practical engineering problem. It also studied the grinding temperature field using the finite element method which was cooled and lubricated by the cryogenic grinding fluid. By the computer simulation process,it can be testified that the new equipment could reduce the temperature in workpiece and prohibit the burn of workpiece greatly.
