摘要
活套液压系统是轧钢生产线中一个重要的环节 ,该系统的故障会直接影响到生产线的运行及产品质量。本文针对液压活套系统的特点 ,将系统的特征信号作为案例推理的特征对活套系统进行故障诊断 ,构造出诊断系统的结构 ,并给出相应的算法。通过实践 ,已取得良好效果 ,本项研究为活套液压系统故障诊断提供了一种新的技术参考手段。
Looper system is an important part in steel rolling production-line, and faults of this system can effect the whole line's running and the product's quality. According to the characters of hydraulic looper system, it uses these characters as an aspect of Case-Based Reasoning system to inspect the faults of the looper system. It sets up the structure of diagnosis system and related arithmetic, and it gets good effect in application. The method is a new reference way to ensure the normal production.
