摘要
采用国产LD泵浦Nd∶YAG晶体 ,通过谐振腔镜的膜系选择获得了Nd3+离子中波长为 1319nm的受激辐射振荡 ,首次用I类临界位相匹配LBO进行腔内倍频 ,实现了 6 6 0nm红色激光的高效倍频输出 当泵浦注入功率为 80 0mW时 ,6 6 0nm激光基横模 (TEM0 0 )输出功率为4 6mW ,光光转换效率高达 5 .75 %
A design of a LD-pumped, high efficiency Nd∶-YAG/LBO red laser was reported By the coatings design of the output mirror, 1319 nm laser was formed in the cavity. When a piece of type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal was used for 1319 nm intra-cavity frequency doubling for the first time, red laser at 660 nm was obtained. With 800 mW incident pump laser, 46 mW TEM 00 mode red laser was achieved at last, with optical to optical conversed efficiency up to 5.75%.
