摘要
文章比较了处理涤纶长丝熔体管路碳化常用方法:常压三甘醇法、锻烧法、更换法、钻削法、高压三甘醇法等五种方法的优缺点。详细介绍了用高压三甘醇法处理碳化时间长达5年的熔体管路的做法和经验。笔者认为此法是目前最经济、实用、行之有效的方法。
It compares several universal methods for treating carbonation of po lyester filament melt piping:normal pressure triethylene glycol method,forge sin tering method,displacing method,drilling method and high pressure triethylene gl ycol method.It explains the author's practice and experiences of treating the me lt pipes which have been carbonated for 5 years through triethylene glycol metho d in detail.It is offered that the triethylene glycol method is the most economi c and efficent way at present.
