摘要
采用电沉积的方法,制备了Zn Fe SiO2合金复合镀层,并研究了镀液组成对镀层成分的影响,发现主盐浓度是影响Zn Fe SiO2复合镀层铁含量的主要因素;导电盐(NH4)2SO4的添加有利于提高镀层的铁含量,但影响比较小;配合剂C6H8O7·H2O的添加有利于降低镀层的铁含量,但影响比较小;SiO2的添加量增大时,在一定限度内有利于提高镀层的SiO2含量,但基本上不影响镀层中锌铁的含量。
The Zn-Fe-SiO2 composite coating is produced by electrodepositing, and the influence of composite of electro-solution on the component of Zn-Fe-SiO2 composite coating is studied. The results show that the concentration of main-salt is the primary effect on the content of iron in the composite coating. The adding of (NH4)2SO4 can help to increase the content of iron, while the adding of C6H8O7·H2O helping to reduce the content of iron, but both of the two influence are weak. The adding of SiO2 can help to increase the content of SiO2 to some extent, but which has little effect on the contents of zinc and iron. Electrodeposite; Alloy; Composite coating
