介绍名老中医王会仍治疗支气管扩张的经验。王老师认为本病病程迁延,久病伤阴,肺肾阴虚,阴无所制,虚火上炎,伤及肺络所致。总结了养阴清热、解毒祛痰的治疗法则,且根据患者的体质、临床表现的不同而随症选药,灵活加减。
This artirle introduces veteran phvsirian WANG Hui - reng' s experience un the treatment of bronehiectasis (BCT), WANG conaidered that the course of the disease is lingering, during which yin is damaged leading to deficiency of both lung - yin and kidney - vin, deficiencv - fire flames up and injures lung collater-al. He pruposed a therapeutical principle of nourishing vin. clearing heal. removing bolld - stasis and expelling sputum. and flexibly modi-ficd the prescription according to the physique and clinical inanifesta-tions of the palient.
