摘要
目的 :探讨影响我国临床药学事业发展的因素 ,寻求我国临床药学事业快速发展的途径。方法 :通过比较中美两国临床药学工作在心理观念、业务开展程度及工作人员专业素质中所存在的差距 ,借鉴国外先进经验 ,结合我国国情 ,提出相应的改进措施。结果与结论 :临床药学必将成为我国医院药学工作的重要任务 ,大力发展临床药学工作是我国医院药学工作者的当务之急。
Objective: To discuss the factors of restricting the development of clinical pharmacy in our country, and look for the channels for fast development.Method: The appropriate measure was posed by comparing the clinical pharmacy between China and USA, using the forein advanced experience for reference, and combining state of our country. Result & Conclusion: It is important for our hospital pharmacy staff to carry out clinical pharmacy strongly under the circumstance that clinical pharmacy is getting more and more significant in the hospital work.
