参照从红豆杉中提取紫杉醇的工艺,对鞍山韩家峪地区冬季山榛子树皮中紫杉醇进行了提取,并利用正反相色谱技术对其进行提纯。
According to the process used in extraction of Taxol from Taxus, the objective component is extracted from skin of winter Hazel lived in Hanjiayu area of Anshan, then it is purified with the normal phase and revered phase chromatography technology.
