摘要
随着地方普通高校办学条件的改善和办学水平的提高,科研水平的高低正在日益受到关注,科研管理水平和工作绩效不断提高。但是,在这一过程中也存在制约科研发展的诸多问题。地方普通高校应进一步提高对科研管理工作的认识,分析科研管理绩效与高校管理的关系,采取积极有效的对策,发挥科研管理对高校发展的带动作用。
With the improvement of the schoolrunning condition and the advancement of the schoolrunning level,people pay more and more attention to the scientific research level.The scientific management level and results are improving constantly.But,Many things restrict the scientific development.Local colleges should further improve the consciousness of scientific management work,analyze the relationship between the results of scientific management and the college management,adopt effective measures and give full play to the lending role of scientific management in college development.
