It is presented in the paper that Guilin Guanglu Co. Ltd adheres to the reformation of enterprise restructuring and operation system and exercises a series new measures in technical creation with the guidance by the state policy and support by the government departments concerned. Experience is presented on domestication of imported core technology so as to own national patent with autonomous intellectual property right and establish brand of the products.
