摘要 幼儿教育是基础教育的奠基阶段,幼教事业的发展与幼儿师资的质量有着密切的关系.我国的幼教工作者们对日本幼教事业发展的各个方面作了大量的介绍,但很少涉及到中日幼儿师资的比较研究方面.本文将从幼儿师资方面来阐述中日幼儿教育培训方面的异同,总结经验,提供借鉴. Preschool education is the foundation of the basic education, the development of preschool is related to the quality of preschool teacher. The development of Japanese preschool education has been introduced in some aspects by Chinese researchers, however it is not involved in comparative study of preschool teacher's training. This paper states the difference of preschool teacher's training between China and Japan, in order to summarize experience and provide to use for reference.
