摘要
以 4 -甲氧基苯甲醛和硝基甲烷为原料 ,经缩合和锌粉、盐酸还原合成 4 -甲氧基 - β-苯乙胺 ,4 -甲氧基 - β-硝基苯乙烯合成收率达 81.2 % ,4 -甲氧基 - β -苯乙胺合成收率达 82 .8% ,两步反应总收率 6 7%。
Methoxypheny)ethylamine was synthesized from -β- methoxylbenzaldehyed through condensation with nitromethane and then reduction with zinc prower and hydrochloric acid.The yield of condensation was 81.2%,and the over yield of the 2-step reaction was 67%.
