摘要
随着我国经济的发展,对建设用地的需求大大增加,耕地被大量侵占,造成面积锐减,国土资源大量流失。在这种形势下,保护耕地,加强对耕地的管理,防止国土资源流失,对于耕地资源十分有限的我国来说,显得非常重要。本文就我国面临的耕地形势严峻的原因及解决对策谈点看法。
With the development of economy in our country, the need of constructional lands increases rapidly. A great deal of cultivated lands are seized, which causes the sharp fall of land and rapid drain of land resource. Under this situation, it is vital, especially to our country, to protect limited cultivated lands and strengthen the supervision, so as to avoid the rapid drain of land resource. I would like to express my views on the causes and the solutions to the severe situation in our country.
