摘要
本文通过对峙培养测定、菌间交互作用机制观察及拮抗菌培养滤液对疫霉菌生长影响的测定,探讨寡雄腐霉Pythiumoligandrum和木霉BT—95对辣椒疫病菌Phytophthoracapsici是否有拮抗作用及其作用机制。
This article explored the possible antagonistic effects of Pythium oligandrum and BT-95on Phytophthora capsi and their mechanisms by the means of confrontation culturing,mechanistic study of bacterial interactions and evaluating the effect of antagonistic media on the growth of Phytoph-thora capsic.
